In Canada we have foreign workers programs that allows businesses to hire foreigners and the liberal federal govt pays 1/3 of these foreigners salaries. So of course any business like retail or restaurant’s biggest overhead is labour costs so if they can save like $6.00 an hour on every employee why wouldn’t they opt in for that. I also did a very deep dive into the voters in Canada. At least 4.5 million out of the 8.5 million voted the Carney liberals got in April 2025 were immigrant votes. That’s why Carney and liberals pander to the gigantic Muslim population in Canada. Muslims, Chinese, Indians from India, Ukrainians, Filipinos they all pretty much vote liberal. There weee over 100 Muslim groups that told their Muslim community to only vote for candidates that support Gaza Muslims and Palestinians. How is that not election interference. We know the Chinese directly interfere in our elections by threatening Chinese Canadians to vote liberal or their families in China will be harmed or they will be harmed inside Canada. In June Carney said Muslim values are Canadian values. Either this clown has no idea how radical Islam is or he knows and just panders for votes. Liberal cabinet ministers Anita Anand and Melanie Joly they both openly campaigned saying they must support Palestine because they both have large Muslim populations in their respective ridings. Over half of the liberal voter base is foreign now. I started in 2019 telling the federal conservatives look the liberals are importing new liberal voters. The party needs a strategy to win over the immigrant vote. I proposed hiring a team of individuals from the Muslim community, Chinese community etc to brainstorm on how to get their message across that if your an immigrant your best to vote conservative because the liberals don’t care about them they just want their vote. Show them how they may never own a home, how their kids will be worse off than them. That buy bringing in about 2 million more immigrants a year it is causing inflation and the affordability crisis. I believe if you can show these immigrant communities the truth they may consider voting conservative. Bit of the conservatives refuse to pivot we will never see another federal conservative govt in our lifetimes. It’s not racist it’s the truth. We need a foreign registry act to kick out foreign entities that harass bully and threaten immigrants in Canada to bend the knee or else. If we have 100 Islamic groups telling their community it’s yo only vote one way charge them with election interference. We need electoral reform badly in Canada. We need to end all immigration to Canada for at least 5 years maybe even 10. We need to deport those here illegally. No more fake asylum claims. This country can still be saved but we need immigrants on board to help save it. We need to remove broadcasting licenses of mainstream media networks that lie and bash conservatives. I'm sorry our Canadian's fellows, this is not personal, it's just business. All this year the USA economy has been decreased because we buy (importing) more goods than selling (exporting). We are no in good shape economically to support other countries' economies. We need companies to come back to produce in the USA and those extra charges are an incentive to start producing again in the USA. After our economy is better, we can make new deals. \nAbout Fentanyl, it is funny that he said that it was all good and after that, saying just in the last months implemented all kinds of security measures. Every country should be responsible for their own goods. The day we start relying on other countries for what we need we're in a heck of a mess. This means your vote and opinions DO count. Canada should do everything in its power to reduce its dependence on the USA for trade and security to protect itself from a Trump administration gone crazy. There is a chance that the current policies of the Trump administration will be carried forward by future Republican presidents given how the party is now dominated by MAGA people. We all need to consider the possibility that the USA will not be going back to normal anytime soon.

Canada has known for decades that we have put too many eggs in one basket - selling our resources primarily to the USA. We've had tariffs before and worked with them. Yet we still keep selling to the USA. This time is different. In conjunction with the tariffs, we have an American administration that is flat out insulting Canada. Saying we wouldn't exist economically if it wasn't for the USA. It's at a time when the USA won't promise not to use military force to annex land (Greenland) from a decades old ally. A time when clearly Putin is calling in his chips for whatever he has over Donald Trump. Canadians have had enough. We are directing our governments, provincial and federal, to finally, finally break from the north-south trade links. We need to establish stronger east-west trade links. The resources we have are wanted by many countries if the USA does not want them. It does mean much work within Canada. We need to get our AB-BC pipeline finished as well as the new sea terminal so we can ship our crude oil and natural gas to Japan and if need be, to China. We finally need to get out pipeline to the Atlantic coast finished so we can supply the UK and EU with our products. We need to double our rail capacity for shipping potash, uranium, rare minerals to Asia or Europe. Just as Trump hopes for a golden age of American companies coming home and building new plants in the USA, this will be a golden decade for Canada to create transportation corridors to get our resources to other buyers. America will have to look elsewhere for his raw materials. And we all know what that is - RUSSIA. They've already offered their rare minerals and crude oil. This is all clearly a well thought out scenario from the people working behind Trump to dismiss America's allies and trading partners - have us turn against the USA - as the excuse to open the door to Russian imports into the USA.

What we in the UK need to see urgently are messages of Support for Canada from all sides of the House in Parliament. Trump is trying to stab Canada in the back, and Canada needs all the support she can get.

So Trump invited Canada to become a member of the most successful and powerful union of sovereign states in history, something that even our own territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and all the others do not have. An invitation to be a bona fide member. Why do you think that is? Minerals? The USA has all the minerals we need. We have more oil, coal, and natural gas than any nation also, and we can produce and refine it cheaper than any country can. No. You gave us the finger and said f&$k you to Trump. We hear you Canada. But now is not the time for pain, that comes later.

Trump is a horrible, horrible human. I am devastated over what he is doing. I've never once given Trump my vote and I'm not a lefty liberal. I knew if he was voted in he was going to cause world wide chaos. He has shown his character over and over and over...yet a large portion of American's just ignored it. This election wasn't about republicans or democrats or independents. This election was about humanity and global security. American's ignored the writing on the wall for their own singular wants/opinions. They stand with their Trump flags but only a few of them can actually explain any accurate information about his policy or legal issues and they condone his behavior. The majority of Trumpers claim to be 'Christians'. Christians voting for a man who is a bully, abuser, liar, predator, monger of power, impedes freedom of press and speech and aligns himself with a dictator. He pardoned violent offenders and called them patriotic, spouts false information, obstructs investigations, has numerous felony charges against him and has now made enemies with our allies. Shall I go on? That's not Christian. Even if you aren't Christian...that's not what America stands for. All for what...eggs? Guns? Cheaper groceries? Or because your need for hating a small group of people out weighs global peace. Or is it because you are so short sighted that you can't even see the valuable contribution that non American born people provide this country. Yes, Biden fell asleep at the wheel. Yet many of you still believed the better choice was a psychopath. This election was important. We failed as a country by putting this man in office. No matter what party you align with, we failed. Yes, I want cheaper eggs. Yes, I really need cheaper groceries. But not over the safety of the globe. Not over the lives of the people and children being killed in an unprovoked war. Not over the safety of Europe. Not over ripping off our closest and favorite country that borders us. Not over losing our democracy and our allies. I stand with Ukraine, Canada, Mexico and Europe and the Gulf of Mexico. You should ask yourself what you really stand for.

US citizen here. I stand with all of our allies. I hope than Canada gives us a kick in the backside we sorely need. We are led by a buffoon who thinks that the “Mar-A-Lago Accord” is the way forward. That plan would be wayyyy too damaging to the world’s economies. But..when has tRump listened to anything but the voices in his head?

A great Canadian leadership and a proper honest speech. We need this leadership in Italy as well. I wonder if Trump really understood this speech instead of acting with arrogance. Lately, l don't get him. First Gaza, then Greenland, Ukraine, and now Canada?

Sorry, Canada, Trump represents a monkey wrench to me. We need a crisis in this country to raise the chances that we will not only unite against Trump, but the establishment as well. Truthfully, we need an alternative party in the US.

I don’t stand with anyone except the UNITED STATES Of AMERICA! But I want to make something very clear. We just went through 4 years of absolute hell with The Biden administration!! No way around it. And the democrats will do anything to make trump look bad no matter if it hurts our country or not. They simply hate the fact that the checks and the cross dressing and what ever nasty crap they spent our money on . They won’t talk about that! But what I want to know is why we aren’t saying ok Canada we spend trillions militarily protecting you. And the won’t even come up to the 2% on defense they lied about participating in. Why should we pay for everything then they want to tax us?? Should America not get something for protection of a country?? Why do we need to pay there bills? Why should we pay for a war we’re not in? Ukrainian war Americans pay?? No! Canada dosent defend themselves Americans pay?? Then when we tax them like they tax us they want to slap a gift horse in the mouth??

But Trump promised you a golden era he didnt say for who....apparently for the working middle class- .its looking less shiny for you, ?? Things are going to cost more for all.of us, well- now in Canada our eggs are now cheaper as we have to shop by bus! The Bourbon is off the shelves, and I maybe need to make a new list for help from Santas elves; His billionaire pals, tho will be entering that new golden age, and chumming with Putin to try and appease any Russian rage ! The Donald has acted and now we all pay, the skies today in North America all grey.

Sorry Canada, many Americans are embarrassed and pissed off by Trump's inane traitorous, harmful agenda, stand firm against Trump, Musk, MagaMuskRats, the billionaire class, all the spineless cowardly GOP politicians in Congress and the POS quiet corporate Dems.
