I am an international student in canada doing hons finance and doing my cfa this sem. do I think all indians are bad.. no not at all, but the ones that push their religion on others are most definetly bad and lack at civic sense. Punjabis get a lot of hate cuz 70% of them faked their student visas and got here, same goes for any tamil and indian or any country YOU CANNOT DO SOMETHING ILLEGALY THEN DEMAND TO BE TREATED THE SAME AS A LEGAL CIVILLIAN. and then there are people with no civic sense. it is wild

I have loved your channel for a while now, but i really do not like how you allowed the racist man in the safety vest to be in this video. I recognize Canada has huge problems with excess immigration and we can't meet the demands we are insinuating we can meet to potential immigrants. I also recognize that there is a a huge problem with Indian students being lured here under false pretences and this issue needs to be exposed. However, I don't think you should have given an openly racist person a platform to share their views and you laughed when they said obviously racist things. He said "I'm as racist as the next person" and you laughed. Sorry but what?! He is normalizing his racism and you are playing along. Just pick a different person to interview. He said "better indians than muslims, africans, etc....." Canada hasn't been around that long relative to other places. This guy came from immigrants like 1-2 generations ago. Of course the Liberals don't know what is going on. If they knew what was going on then they could be held accountable and it appears that is something no Liberal wants. Going past 6 months indicates that they have yet to gain employment and are living off our backs. Those who are still here after being turned back should be located and sent packing immediately regardless of their present standing. For example, someone came here and was rejected but never left. Today they get picked up and now they claim they have a family here. They should still be removed because if they had left when they were supposed to they wouldn't have that family now would they. Yes, it may appear to be harsh but is it not harsh to use the funds provided by people who have a legal right to be here to support those who never should have been here?

At a restaurant, we met a couple from Mexico on their honeymoon. They said they would be here for six months. I was so surprised at how long that was. They said they had claimed asylum here. They knew they would be rejected, but they said it would take six months until then, and they were being taken care of by our government. For everything. They said several of their friends had done the same... It seemed well known as a way to travel free in Canada...

If Canada refuses to take this seriously, the government officials are being traitors to their own country. Canada is now doing a disservice by withholding information from Canadians, and did so before, during the inquiry into the Air India incident, when the government asked the courts not to include it in their investigation of any Indian involvement. A Canadian- Norwegian spy who said India tried to hire him to place explosives in one of the planes. He warned our government, and they knew about this and still covered it up! Now, the government is doing the same to secure business deals with India. Like India has nothing to offer Canada except labour (with their billion population), and we Canadians cannot find jobs and don't need unskilled workers from India when we can educate our citizens and give them jobs here. There must be a full, transparent investigation into India and its embassy and agents.

I feel this video does cover what's happening but don't answer the question why its happening. Here's what i think- To start with - A major population of indian immigrants in Canada come from two provinces/states - Punjab and Gujarat. From Punjab - Most of the population who migrates to Canada are villagers. They are notoriously famous in Punjab cities as well for creating trouble. They have no civic sense, always getting involved in illegal stuff, some use drugs, no etiquettes, poor hygiene and very arrogant sometimes. Another thing, Canadian government over the years stopped taking in-person interviews and got lenient with rules for gaining a visa especially for students which doesn't make sense and one should be catious so of what kind of people they are letting in their country. This leads to letting in a bunch of wrong people who are already a troublemaker in Punjab and then represents a bad of side of Indians. A side note - Every Indian province is very very different and not all people are same in India. It's definitely a shit situation which shows Canadian government definitely needed a better way to handle immigration. A lot of international students has been exploited by the system as well if you get to know from there point of view as well. Seeing the thumbnail and title of this video shows what kind of a person Tyler is. Without a proper research and understanding, he just made a video to appease people who hates on Indians. Title says Invasion, is he for real? I see way more Chinese immigrants here in Canada than any other nationality. Punjabi Indians are to be blamed as for creating a bad picture for themselves but hating on whole country without knowing them feels prejudiced. I hope whoever is reading to really open their eyes and understands that this is a government failure for not having strict rules and regulations. Indians have been immigrating to Canada for more than 100 years but you see them as a problem now due to last 8 years of bad decisions. Last thing, you see more Indians in Tim Hortons and mock them, is that a bad thing on loving and supporting a Canadian brand? Definitely poor english speaking employees is a problem, but that is a management issue. You don't like it, have a word with the Manager if they don't act on it, then I guess they don't really care for your opinion. Its on you now whether you want your coffee or better english 😂

A good friend of mine lives in Northeast Calgary and I drove to her house right before Nick Shirley exposed all of the fraud in Minnesota. I'm only bringing that up so you understand where I'm coming from when I say this. I wasn't influenced by him finding these fraudulent daycares because this was prior to that. When I went to her house I had to Google maps it. Everybody in Calgary knows the Northeast is all Indian. As a matter of fact I counted how many people I saw that weren't Indian when I was there cuz I thought it was funny. I saw two white people and one Asian in the whole quarter of the city. When I got to her house I said to her why do you have so many businesses around your house it doesn't even make sense and then I showed her the Google maps and there had to be seven or eight daycares a trucking company and a bricklaying company and a drywall company. All of these businesses that don't have signs because I went and looked. These people are doing the same fraud here. This is what's killing our country. Our money is worthless because of them and they are taking all of the homes so homes are unaffordable for Canadians. On top of that they get into management and jobs and only hire their people and don't hire Canadians. We are under attack. It doesn't have to be somebody storming our beaches to attack us. Our country is under attack and we're in denial.

The elephant in the room is the fact that the majority of immigrants come from one country. As someone who proudly escaped Canada I understand the difficulties of adapting and integrating into another culture. It is difficult and it would be far easier if there were just so many Canadians here that none of us have to adapt or learn a new language but could simply live in an insular community of Canadians and transplant our own culture here. When I go back to Canada I see that that is exactly what has happened there.

Now the western hypocrites should know... How it feels when you invade other country's sovereignty. Here the Indians were firstly invited by the western governments to improve their own economies, because your own governments know how incapable and lazy the locals are at the work and there these Indians are living with all the money they've hard earned and settling there been a problem for the locals. As a Canada who speaks both French and English and who follows politics quite closely, I have to say that the headline and some of the reporting here is quite misleading. A reduction in immigration has broad support across Canada. I wouldn't say that notion is dividing the country in any significant way. You do have certain industry groups that disagree, but among the population these reductions have broad support. This is a historic change in public opinion in Canada, but it has been driven by the unprecedented increase in immigration under the last term of the Trudeau government. To put this in context, non-permanent residents in Canada numbered around 1.5 million on Q3 2023, but by Q3 2025, that number sat a just over 3 million. The previous government increased immigration targets by 3 or 4 times over what they had been for years, which caused a number of economic issues. Essentially, the volume was simply too high for the economy and society to support. This was unfair to both Canadians and new comers, many of which could not find employment or afford a decent place to live. The changes being suggested are largely bringing Canada back to what the targets were for over a decade before, though a bit lower to account for the sudden surge. Canada remains one of the most pro-immigration countries in the world. However, and this is where I think DW's reporting is misleading, there is a distinction to be made between policies at the federal level and policies at the provincial level. Immigration, per our constitution, is a federal matter, however, Quebec in particular is distinct from other provinces. I don't mean only culturally and linguistically, but also in the powers that have been devolved to it by the federal government. On the question of immigration, Quebec has more powers and more ability to set its immigration targets and programs than any of the other 9 provinces. The particular program discussed here, the Quebec Experience Program (PEQ), is a particular immigration stream that only existed in Quebec. So what is happening with that program cannot be labeled as a whole-of-Canada thing. Where the changes to the PEQ are controversial, unlike the general changes at the federal level, is that people who immigrated under that specific program were promised certain things. There was a multi-year time line to Permanent Residency and then Citizenship. Many of those people have been in Quebec for 5-8 years already. However, the changes made to the program were done in such a way where people who many years into the program, had gotten an education, started a career, had children, ect. are now being told they can't continue and must leave Canada. There are even stories of people who married Canadians, now have children, and the one parent who was under this program now faces the possibility of having to leave Canada and be separated from their family. All through no fault of their own. That is what many people see as unfair, and I agree, however limiting future applications under the program, to bring in less people, that is not controversial. Canada has no responsibility to bring in people who are not already in Canada, but Canada does have some responsibility towards people who uprooted their lives to move to Canada and built new lives here based on promises and representations made to them by the Canadian and Quebecois governments. We should no simply kick those people out of the country.

Yes I have found that Indian people here in the Fraser Valley BC are pleasant and friendly at Tim Hortons. However, it's strange that only Indians work at Tim's shouldn't there be a mix of cultures? Unfortunately however, quite a few In dian folks have shared drivers licenses ! Truckers too. That's dangerous. As well some have tried to get In surance money by causing " "accidents" and claimed to be injured. So In dians are definitely good at lying and cheating etc. I find that large statue atrocious and UGLY and does not belong in Canada. Too big and ugly too

This is going to sound super cruel but in American its just as bad, over the last 8 years over 30 family owned businesses or small restaurants have been taken over and bought out by Indian people in my area alone, the food quality dips, quality in general dips, they're rude, they get mad if THEY mess up at you which is super disrespectful. The thing that never seems to be brought up is East Indians 80% own houses. They come here and they own houses and have businesses that they ONLY hire East Indians, have East Indian clientele ONLY because they all pay cash so they can circumvent the taxes. One thing that always surprises me is that a lot of immigrants actually don't like mass immigration. I worked with a polish lady who complained more than anyone about the amount of polish people. I've met a lot of Turkish people and a few of them weren't best pleased with the amount of turkish people, and in this video an Indian man says there's too much of it too. Its not an uncommon sentiment among immigrants that they specifically came here for a change in culture, only for it to follow them here. Specifically surrounding politics, a lot of them leave because of the politics where they were, only to find its just as much of a problem here because so many bring those problems over with them rather than leaving them behind. Just to clarify though while I think immigration is obviously a big problem in its current state, I'm not at all against the idea of immigration in general. I care more about where people are going than where they're from. Its just very odd when you hear a strong accented polish lady walk passed complaining and swearing about all the polish people. I guess it does make sense though, if i imagine desperately wanting to leave home for Australia, it would obviously be disappointing to arrive after packing up my life savings to find out all of the people and all of the things were exactly the same as back home. Pretty sad when you think about it.

I am working very hard in my country to be a doctor and I wanna leave my country (because no opportunities ) and move to a better and a safer country where I’m respected as a woman , which my country fails to . Now , I have to give a lot of exams and fill up a lot of visa requirements to be in any better country and I’m absolutely fine with it . But I’m not fine with the fact that countries like Canada , Australia , uk etc are immigrating people from India who are not educated , don’t wanna assimilate, with very eased up visa requirements, easy pr facilities because these countries want cheap labor and when these bottom of barrel uneducated folks move to another country they do shady businesses , start making huge communities of similar people having similar views and this leads to chaos and a backlash , racism on a particular ethnicity, stereotypes and so and so . I’m not saying my people aren’t flawed , they are but why the government is so easy in immigrating uneducated uncouth people from 3rd world countries where even these people wouldn’t be hired in some great companies or give anything great to build a valuable society , why people who are talented and literally would assimilate, has respect , is educated literally would bring a change for better is sidelined or toughened up their immigration process ? Let's be real, about this nation called Canada where real native canadians were "First Nations, Metis & Inuit" they were the ones as Indigenious people who inhabited canada for thousand of years ago & later demographic shift could later be seen during 16th century from European colonization where majority of french and british invaded with consistent colonization & took control of the land, these settlers, along with later European immigrants, seized indigenous land, displaced indigenous communities, and brought diseases that decimated native populations. Long story short now, based on 2021 census data shows native canadian population make up to only 5% of total Canadian population whereas the rest remaining are non-indigenous people of Canada at above 90% are foreign invaders from 16th century who came as an opportunist and occupied everything; same as Indian they came took the opportunity by working hard, contributing to the nation yet, you people here crying, complaining & bragging abt these & that abt Indian's bt let's not forget "Europeans" are the ones who did the dirtiest things characterized by forced assimilation, abusive residential school system, and loss of land. This is what gets me, I’m an immigrant. I came from a place where we speak a broken dialect of English. As part of my processing, I had to demonstrate my ability to speak the queen’s english. To work, the expectation is you’re able to communicate effectively with whoever you’re interfacing. These folks come here, make zero attempt to improve or learn English or French - the national languages. They go home after the day is done, revert to their native tongue. How would you ever perfect something like a language without some degree practice and immersion? And they do this with their generations. The 1st and sometimes 2nd generation kids will speak their native tongue first, before learning English or French. It’s like the language they should speak to effectively work and live in Canada is an accessory. The govt at all levels encourage this by having driving tests and forms in other languages. And don’t get me started on the pockets - Brampton for example. The politicians kowtow to the voters and give in to them having huge temples, and nonstandard shopping complexes. It’s a running joke how many Indians will be living in the same house, renting from other Indians collecting money under the table in completely unsanctioned and illegal rental scenarios. Companies set up by Indians, to service Indians. So they don’t even care to present as Canadian business with English / French. I’m in the midst of charting my family’s exit from Canada. It’s become something entirely unrecognizable. Where those who know how to game the system get ahead, those of us who play the rules - stay behind. I’ve worked my way up to being upper middle class. I’m about done paying for Indian “students” who later claim to be refugees. Who are now claiming to be in gay relationships, to support their refugee cases. It’s all a joke.

As a Canadian I’ll try and put this very politely and everything but I am friends with Indians that immigranted here 20+ years ago and the immigrants back then wanted to be Canadian and actually wanted to assimilate themselves in our culture the new round of immigration doesn’t do that they want to make Canada the new India they have no respect no care for the others around them and yes! They do smell not all of them but if it’s a smelly person in Canada 9/10 they are Indian that’s what I’ve seen obviously there is more but we just want them to want to be Canadians and not build your stupid praying status sorry I tried to be polite but this is something that has pissed me off more and more and people are finally talking about it

As a Canadian born citizen and somebody who lives only about 30 minutes from Brampton I can truly say that no Canadian is racist we're not anti-immigration anti-immigration that's not what this is the issue that Canadians currently have is that the people who come here from other countries don't adapt to our way of life and learn our culture and our values and that doesn't mean that you have to stop practicing your values or your religion all Canadians are asking for is respect for how we live in this country end the other biggest thing to that is to me extremely disrespectful if you've been here for more than three years you should be able to speak English like a Canadian and everything should be able to understand you and if you can't do that then that is just flat out disrespectful and rude because if I came to your country and after 3 years I still didn't speak your language or spoke it very poorly you would think the same thing you'd find it extremely rude so do any immigrants reading this understand we have no issue with you guys being here just adopt to our way of life our way of life and learn how to speak English

As an Indian individual born in Canada, I don’t think it is right to generalize all Indians for creating such a huge problem in Brampton. From this video, you can obviously see the differences between the Indians that want to be here and want to make a life here and the ones that are running time on their tourist visas. But do not blame the entire Indian population, its inaccurate.

For all the Indians reading comments here We are hated because of these: - Abandoning shopping carts in walmart/supermarket parking lot, or dragging the carts to the place where you live and throwing it by the roadside - Zooming past two way/four way stop signal - Unnecessarily accelerating and revving cars while driving through a residential area. Trust me ITS NOT "COOL" - Playing Punjabi gangster rap music at full volume, or talking loudly on phone when using public transport - Talking loudly with friends in places where we are expected to talk softly: Hospitals, museums, art gallery government/visa office, Medical centers/clinic - Stretching yours legs over the opposite empty seat while travelling in bus or train. Crowding the Handicap ramp to access GO train because it makes it easier to board the train (WTF!). - Suddenly switching lanes and turning into streets without using the indicator. - Opening the car door in full swing and leaving a dent/scratch on the next car at parking lots. Not so much as a courtesy to leave a sorry note. - Stealthily walking the dog at night and not picking up after dog - Throwing the car's garbage towards the direction of the dustbin when driving past a bus stop in residential area. - No basic etiquette and manners of wishing, thanking or apologizing. Did you know you are supposed to greet/wish the bus driver when you board a bus? - Refusing to speak in English while in Indian populated city. - Brampton, even worse - trying to fake an accent when you suck at grammar - Partying loudly through the night with no regards to neighbors - Culture dumping - deliberately bursting crackers when the city has banned it, making agni kund in backyard without taking safety precautions, its a fire hazard for houses built of wood, loudly playing mantras/bhajans early morning when you are living in a Condo/apartment - Not caring to shovel snow off footpath - Not showering after you've cooked at home and smelling like curry in the office. Guys Please be better!

As a Canadian alot of us would gladly accept new immigrants as all of us at one point or another was a immigrant unless ur native but we have a social standard of living since forever and for a while it seemed like immigrants were fine with that but this new generation of immigrants would really love to see our country turn into theirs despite a lot of them seeking asylum or a better life here its ridicules to think anyone who's white is racist when all they wish to see Canada as it used to be with immigrants that respected and valued the countries norms

as a pakistani muslim highschooler living in brampton who lived in edmonton for half my life, we have so many issues in brampton, shit drivers, healthcare issues, racism, serious risk to life and property in the rise of crime, but not everything is shit, a lot of punjabis here are actually great ppl, but there are lots of bad apples that make life in brampton sub par. if you talk to the right ppl and be in the right eviroments, brampton is okay..... still prefer edmonton.

As a Indian Sikh that was BORN in Australia with parents that have been in Australia for over 17 years, these new Indians coming here are the problem I’m not trying to be rude or racist but I’ve gone to India many times and there everyone is in Canada or something but when they get there they treat it like India, like if ur gonna go to a different country at least respect them . You guys might say "Wanting your country to not turn into India is not racist" and yes you are damn right but I am specifically talking about the youtuber here. This dude goes to India, to a remote village which people dont even know of, makes a video on "poop throwing festival in India" as his Title and then says Oh hey I havent said anything racist, umm well you havent (even if I ignore the word play you do) but you had several other topics that you could have covered in "India" and you exactly knew what was gonna happen when you would upload this video but you anyways did, so yes you are a racist, a smart one. And for the people saying "Indians are so proud of India but they don't want to live there", I mean people making this kinda comment can't even wrap their head around the fact that 1.5 B people are from India. So even a small fraction of that population would contribute towards a large migration, so no "Indians are so proud of India but they don't want to live there" is absolute bullshit. Now does that mean its a perfect country? Absolute Not and Neither is the country Developed, we are a developing economy and we have a long way to go. We have our own issue in this country and we are dealing with it. As for as people living in your countries are concerned, I would ask you to be as objective as possible in situation rather than being stereotypical. As a Brampton resident, the newer Indians, are giving the good ones a bad reputation. It used to be more multicultural city and immigrants actually assimilated with the customs of, Canada. It’s pretty much 90% Indian now and about half of those don’t show signs of assimilating. Drivers here are so bad man! I’m convinced that a lot of them just pay for it. 😭 Their cuisine is good though, so, I’m grateful for that. 😅

Hindus and Sikhs indulged in violence against each other and saw communal riots in Canada in 2023. Indian govt infact has started assassinating naturalised Canadian citizens from India, who are deemed to be "threat" (tick off the hindu nationalidt govt in power). I know some folks, including my neighbour, who immigrated to Canada right after high School — they take services of immigration agents who have contacts with diploma mills there, get a student visa citing enrollment in a sham educational degree, join a minimum wage job and rig the whole process to attain PR & then citizenship — essentially giving low skilled, poorly assimilated labour the citizenship in Canada under guise of skilled or educated immigration. Even as an Indian, the whole situation is insane and astounding to say the least. Hindu Nationalism has spread its roots & conducts marches in Canada within the Indian Hindu areas like they do here in India and people have started performing river aartis as well (communal prayers to worship rivers) — all kinds of pernicious identitarianism is festering there. A ton of Indian immigrants now see Canada merely as a source to better life & resources, but relate to, & are patriotic towards India or assert their rawer religious Sikh or Hindu identity due to lack of any assimilatory pressure & absence of a well defined Canadian identity. Funniest part is Indians, esp Hindus, who vote for hindu nationalists ushering majoritarian policies in India, cheer for persecution of minorities and justify caste system, suddenly co-opt liberalism & decietfully use its talking points to defend their position as a minority in places they migrate to (they do not believe in so, and don't apply the same standards to themselves). If you wish to blame someone, blame the govt of Canada and its elites. At the end of the day, they wanted cheap manual labour, and opened the gates without much consideration.

If anyone is racist it’s the Indians, I was about to be homeless because i couldnt find a job. I know for a fact im not the only one, all my friends are in the same situation. They only hire their own, we pay the highest tax in all of north America. If you want my opinion, i HATE them all equally just as much as i HATE canada. As a Canadian, i beg America to annex Canada. As a Canadian I think immigration is a good thing, but the liberal government has completely broken that system. The people coming here do not assimilate into Canadian culture and they do not respect this country. This isn't the Canada I grew up in and it's not the Canada that I want to keep living in.
