Carney makes sure he puts the dumbest people on immigration. Because he knows the dumbest people support the Liberal Party. So it doesn't matter how bad they break everything. They're gonna get still gonna get supported. Because for some reason, people think Carney is king and walks on water and was the first man on the moon and everything else he takes credit for that. He didn't do. He left nothing but chaos in his wake anywhere. He's been just asked the slaves in the Amazon rainforest. What they thought of him in Brookfield, management asked the United Kingdom what they thought about his stint there and now he's in Canada. He wrecked things for 5 years as Trudeau's advisor and now he's the big shot, loser, screwing Canada even worse. I'm willing to bet if anyone actually cared enough to follow the money. I think canadian taxpayers are paying for not only his trips around to these other countries for deals, but I think were accommodating Brookfield management as well!

What about holding the officials accountable who processed and issued their visas in the first place? How did they get in? There’s no way their paperwork didn’t have any red flags. If there were truly no red flags, that means our system is broken or not competent enough to catch them and protect the safety and security of this nation. Or did we just lower the requirements, skip security checks, and issue the visas anyway? Now we have these criminals walking our streets and terrorizing citizens. How did they get guns? How broken is our system? Logically, something needs to make sense: either we severely compromised our processes and allowed this to happen, or we are seriously incompetent.

What about students who used to come with real studying intentions? What about real good schools, with solid programs? Canada has lost its reputation completely as a destination for international students. It is the last among developed countries, and now domestic programs are closing down because of not enough financing. Domestic tuition fees rise.

I know it's not on most people's radar, but what is a huge problem that no one talks enough about is how when so many temporary foreign workers come here, they make money in Canadian dollars and then send that money out of our economy to their home Country. So our Canadian dollars are sold, and isn't spent in our Economy. When you go somewhere and you don't see any born in Canada employees you really need to make a choice to not support that business. Canadian wages should go to Canadians and spent in our economy. I hope we wise up and we start to really limit how many people we bring into the Country. We're literally bringing in 400K+ people that's about the size of Halifax, EVERY year. We just cannot support this rapid growth. Especially when the people coming in have no intention of integrating and do not share our values.

I don't understand what makes them think they can come to a White country, on Christian land, seriously. Their food? Why would you eat that witchcraft food anyway. Unless it's coming from a Christian, one that actually follows Jesus Christ you shouldn't be eating it. One thing i can and do respect about indians is that they will never be pushy with their religions. Sure you'll find some "bad apples" but rare. Then there are other countries, that are much more pushy with their religions. I have no respect for that. So there might be a lot of them, but they don't ruin it as per say. But others do it. Sadly, by association of the religion, some will see them as the same people. Anyways we're in 2026, religions are stone age laws to scare people. Now we have actual laws that are based on being a decent person, not the winner or the best, or the only right way. No need for some boogeyman in the sky to scare you, 10 years in prison should be enough to make you behave like a decent human. Even 1 month is enough for me to not be some idiot. We had horses, now we have cars. We had gods, now we have laws. Simple evolution and progress. Well some countries didn't get that update apparently. The problem is not the immigrants. The problem is with Canadian leaders, and the Canadians who elected and reelected them to office. I lived in Nova Scotia for just over 2 decades. I attempted to have many discussions about these issues and was shocked by the generally vapid responses I'd get. Much more to say, but the main point is that Canadians have destroyed their own country's quality of life and from what I can see, Canada is not worthy of respect as a nation. I take ZERO pleasure in saying this. However, the country should have provided the United States with a up close example of what a well run social democratic nation looks like. Instead, Canada is a joke to the far right and in fact fuels the far right in the US. Now with the global south amassing on the US's northern border (visit Halifax, NS if you have any questions about this), I view Canada as a threat to the USA - which is a nation with more than enough problems. A note to immigrants reading this: I respect many of you individually, and I do not in the least mind having you in my community. You as an individual are not the problem per se. The problem is that policy makers are simply using migrants to increase Canada's population to 100M by end of century. Come into the West, a lot of white people give you shit, *no matter what you do* . Obviously not all of them. But in this modern era , enough of them to fund an entire media ecosystem just for that perspective. You think your immigrants weren't going to notice? Assimilate into _what_ ? I'm in NYC, my neighborhood is literally every kind of immigrant, Filipino, Jamaican, West Indian, Indian, Haitian... all low to middle class, with some who really _saved_ up working for their 30-50 years here. Kids born or here since little kids, educated and making good money with few exceptions. And so of course the neighborhood.. looks just like any neighborhood in America (albeit denser and more traffic). Must be all that 'wokeness' in NYC. This has nothing to do with white or black or brown, of course. This dynamic plays out anywhere with people that are unwilling to challenge themselves and their ego just finding an easy scapegoat...

It’s all about the collages and universities keeping the professors and teachers working.. It's not a lie. I have friends telling me stories of Indian Immigrants in small towns like Renfrew, Eaganville, Barrie, and other smaller places in between where there following and harrassing women in small towns. And their daughters alone side them. And their are never arrested. These people have disappeared of the internet 6-8 yrs ago and are popping up in small towns and even smaller villages along the highway. Parking on private property access roads for fires and picnics with there kids. I have seen it first hand all over lanark county and across the east end heading out to Embrun and east towards Plantagenet. And for anyone to deny this..it's because you live in a bubble and never leave the city. Can't goto the Ottawa River anywhere without seeing people bathing in the runoff from our fields and confronting locals tell them to stop trashing out forest and community . All the while throwing garbage into the river and bushes wherever they stop to get out of their cars. These Indians and Muslims do not care about the rules or our country. The Immigrants have over run the country and will not leave peacefully. Ask them yourself if they will. I bet they stand defiantly in your face and tell you "no". Even when they legally do not belong here. This will cause a civil war soon enough. Canada wants it's country back. And they will get it back from the liberals and their foreign army of vagrant, Canadian hating deciples. The time of the liberals has come to and end. As an immigrant who came to this country & fell in love with its culture 40 years ago, it's appalling to see how our beautiful first world country is quickly becoming a gutter. The newcomers these days are the privileged ones. All of us need to speak up, especially those of us immigrants who retain our original accents &/ non-white because our white fellow Canadians are accused of being racist whenever they do (though many could learn to be more eloquent. ie. go back to your country does NOT help)! I see it as my Canadian duty to remind "misbehaving" newcomers the reason they left their country in the first place. ie. You chose Canada for a better life, so why try to change it into the one you left? ie. Help me understand your logic? Why not leave your hate & war at the border; just like normal folks won't bring stinky garbage into their new homes. Life is challenging enough when you uprooted to a new country (especially our unforgiving cold Winter). So, just focus on the positive things in your new country & leave all your miseries behind... ie. Learn to adapt & enjoy your new country. Canada is a great country because of the love & effort of those before you, so now you are the beneficiary. Join the legacy by enhancing this beautiful country & its culture, so you can pass on this century old legacy for later newcomers to enjoy, like you do now. What dignity do you have & what kind of life lessons to your children by bullying your culture & religion into Canada at the expense of other Canadians? This will fracture Canada if everyone does that. Do you want this country to become so fractured & terrible that your descendants have to leave for a better country, like you did? Is that what your religion teaches you? Does it state it's perfectly fine to satisfy all your whims & wishes at the expense of others? I worked my entire career with the public, I very seldom encounter negative feedback when I do the above. If they get nasty, I tell them that's definitely not the Canadian way to make friends & wish them Good Luck! I also make a point in telling the wealthy ones "Tax Avoidance is legal (I'm more than happy to show them), but Tax Evasion is not! Then reminding them....Canada will be bankrupt eventually if everyone don't pay their fair share of taxes. ie. You may not suffer, but your children/grandchildren will. Worst Case scenario, you didn't get the necessary medical care when you most needed it!!! We should lobby for a mandatory course that all newcomers have to take & PASS a test about Canadian culture & expectations. If they fail, no citizenship for sure! But that would be another hornets nest because our parliament will debate over definition of "Canadian Culture" for decades. Welcome to Canada!😂

This is why I desperately wish there was an actual Libertarian party to vote for in elections! There is a party, but they have not gotten enough signatures to be able to run yet, I don't even know if there is an office or representative in Ontario right now! I wish! Their policies (on paper) seem great, and geared more towards a 'Canada first'/'Canadians First' approach. They touch on a lot of topics and there seem to be a lot of things they want to change! But a government is still a government, they will be motivated by money regardless of any good intentions they may have. So if and when things change, WE NEED TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE! We as the citizens have the power to change things for the better! It's just unfortunate that I see so many people getting pushed down or ignored or hated because they are speaking their mind. Remember, Canada dosen't have laws like the US, our freedoms aren't as protected nor do we have the same freedoms they do (like owning and protecting your own property, or self defense!) We as people need to start being honest and expressing things instead of being terrified of the backlash (of which there will be in these times). The only way we can make progress is by deciding to get out of our comfort zones and standing for what is right! For the freedoms and protections we deserve! To make a future worth living for us and our children! It will not be easy, but when is change ever easy? I hope that one day I won't be terrified of the thought of bringing a life into this world and country. I hope I can be stable enough to be able to give my future children a decent life. But right now? I would never want to have children, things are too unstable and I don't want to bring a child into this country and force them to live a terrible life they never asked for! I desperately want to be able to keep hoping for a better future, a better country, and people who can enjoy their lives instead of constantly worrying and stressing about everything. I hope some can consider looking into the Libertarian party as well! They may be small right now, but they seem to be wanting to right the wrongs that have occured.

I like you & your attitude about coming to Canada. I’m subscribing. I feel for the young girl looking for a job. There are tons of jobs on indeed in my city. I apply for both part & full time. I apply for at least 10-20 a day. I’m not getting calls for interviews. I’ve even applied twice to one job because I was not chosen but 2 weeks later the same position was back. I’m fortunate enough to not have to work. I have a husband that makes a very good salary that pays for all of the bills , groceries & vacations. Up until Covid collapsed my 2 franchises & I was sinking more money in than making it I had to sell one for 1/3 of what I paid for it & give the other away. I started a small business at home doing lash extensions. I have my regular clients. But if I want to save my own money it’s not sustainable or steady. I want to work because I enjoy leaving my home not to just go grocery shopping or visit family. That’s even if they are home from work. I like having a purpose. I’m skilled in accounting, cleaning, sales, marketing, customer service you name it. Many might say that I’m very lucky. I am very blessed but it’s also very lonely. Plus I have always worked & had independence. I hate asking my husband to send me money so I can pay my cell, credit card bills. I don’t even go shopping without him for new clothes because I rely on him to pay for those too. Hypothetically we broke up tomorrow I’d be screwed. I worry about if he dies. There’s life insurance but we still have a mortgage to pay & monthly bills. Plus of course I’d make sure his kids got some too. Not to mention I’ve had mental health struggles with social anxiety & agoraphobia years ago. The more I stay home the more I get anxious about going out. Days can get boring & then I find myself napping all afternoon. I need a job. I just want my own money. I don’t want to go to my husband every 3 months & ask him to send me 2000.00 to clear up my overdraft for one business day. I don’t even want to have to use it. Sorry for the rant but I feel that even when filing out applications many times I’m asked if I’m racialized. In other words is my skin brown.

I worked since I was 14, (A lot of times evenings and weekends, several times, two jobs)! I am now 63, I got hurt at work! First I had to fight compensation for a year, ZERO $$$! Then I had to apply to get Disability Canada Pension because I can't physically work anymore.. (damaged back, head injury, I have to use a cane and knee braces to walk)! I spent my savings just surviving while being forced to fight for MY money from my own government for 5 years just to get a measly $300. a month! THAT'S IT! Luckily my spouse works , we paid off our house ten years ago! But, we still barely get by! Every person I speak to about my case with the government on the phone, can barely speak English and yell at me or are VERY impatient with me, because I can't understand THEM, they usually hang up! When I ask to please speak to someone IN Canada, they hang up, then I have to wait another hour to talk to someone else! (I went to 4 government funded agencies to see if I could possibly get a job working from home, because I have trouble getting out! All sent me somewhere else! One agency who is supposed to help disabled people in WPG, REES, the agent refused to talk to me or look me in the eye, * he got a supervisor to talk to me! Because he's Muslim and I'm Gay! They were continuously hostile/aggressive towards me without reason??? I volunteer at 2 different food banks , I've met TONS of people who have never worked a day in their lives, their family, parents, grandparents have never worked... EVER! Yet they have brand new trucks??? Still go to food banks? AND, several new Canadians who I've met, have never worked a day in Canada... Some with new cars??? Yet everyone else receives 10 times what I receive to live on??? I PAID TAXES ALL OF MY LIFE! We can't afford a car! Yet... I don't blame them! I would take it they offered! I blame our government (NDP, Libs, AND CONservatives) who don't give a crap about disabled and seniors in Canada! Or if you paid taxes all of your life , into a system that's supposed to help when you need it! ALL politicians in Canada just whore out their votes! I've volunteered for almost 40 years, also holding down jobs, helping others, I've never seen so may seniors and disabled people forced to access food banks and soup kitchens than the last few years! EVER! Disabled people have to constantly prove they are disabled enough to get kitchen scraps from sociopathic politicians who are over paid and under worked! Fees go up, taxes go up, housing goes up, property taxes go up, bus fairs go up, etc.. Services go WAY down! We can afford trillion$ in corporate welfare, but not help our own? Seniors can't afford to live in their homes anymore! YOU'RE WELCOME for paying for YOUR golden pensions pig politicians, and NOT helping us when we need it! POS!

Here's the root of most of the problems, its gov. policy, you take in a million new people a year, give them everything and your dollar ends up losing value, so even though your working hard, you cannot get ahead in this country. So you end up going into a debt that you can't pay off and the problems increase. Taxes go up value of the dollar keeps going down, so in the end its a no win situation for most of the general population and its the same when you retire, you get an income that's not enough even to pay for rent in the city you were brought up in. This is a very serious problem and gov. does not seem to do anything about it, food banks are overwhelmed along with medical staff, food prices and rents have gone out of sight as far as prices are concerned. We have a national debt that never gets paid and a gov. that spends more money than it takes in in taxes. And a dollar thats going to H in a handbasket. Too much crime, too much violence, too many traffic jams and too much drug use. I have written to this liberal gov. and told them how to fix these problems but they don't listen, their agenda is with the WEF, you will have nothing and you will be happy, right, no. Canada is now a bankrupt country and going to a third world status, I guess you get what you vote for and I did not vote for this gov. to ruin the country. Hey note that this is just the start, its going to get a whole lot worse down the road as we all suffer another great depression, then things really get bad.

Welp, about a half an hour ago when I got home, I realized that someone broke into my apartment building and stole my shoes that were infront of my door. SHOES. last year someone broke in and stole my bike. The thing is, this area was NEVER like this. It was safe and people trusted each other. Guess what has changed? The amount of immigration in my city and in this area. I am terrified during the night that someone will break into my apartment since theyve been able to get into the building. My entire life I have always stuck up for minorities and all different groups that have been apparently marginalized. Now, after everything happening in my city, in the world, to the people I love and myself, I have had ENOUGH. I want these people out of my country. Go back to your shitty countries with your shitty ideas and shitty ideologies and shitty everything because you do not belong here. If you do not properly become a Canadian citizen, such as assimilating to our culture, language and so on and leaving your shitty ideas behind, then you are not wanted and you do not belong here. Canada is being destroyed because of YOU and our communist "liberal" leaders. As a former SJW, feminist, leftist, member of the alphabet Mafia, I see the destruction and the deception of these ideologies and they are the opposite of what is real and true and free. Most of the immigrants landing here in Canada are not boosting our economy but just becoming a liability taking the country backward rather than progress. Tye government should stop immigration including refugees, at least for a while. Remember when this same fellow froze protesters bank accounts and began collecting peoples weapons? Yet, he has the gull to talk about dictators. I don't know if I will make it through this but there are people out there in worse situations with more overtly oppressive governments, so I can't complain too much. We have maintained a high level standard of living, when by all rights we should not have it. Many want to blame government, but one part of the problem is an over reliance as an exporter of raw natural resources and a reliance on generally a single market (USA) for our goods. Interestingly enough the problems have been reinforced by governments of every type. What annoys me most is that these issues have been known for a long time, and the various governments have been scared to do anything about it. And they never took Sir Donald's words seriously - either about the tarriffs or statehood. I have heard zero from any level of government looking for new markets for our goods, yet they have had since November to do something. Going to be a stressful ride for many of us. There are enough trans athletes in the world and good enough shape to compete on a world in Olympic level and all the levels beneath those, that I'm going to say that if someone transitions who is already in the military and they can still pass all the requirements to remain in the military, they should be allowed to remain in the military. LA doesn’t have enough water to sustain what they have but they think it’s a great idea to open California and let as many in. What you’re going to do is crumble this country. One nation can only sustain so much. The president of Columbia didn’t want his own people back. That should tell you something. Yet American media is telling us these people are vital to our economy. If they’re so vital and followed by dollar signs, why doesn’t Columbia want their own people?? Aren’t they needed to build the economy there? Wake up people. This is a serious issue. We can’t save the whole world, we simply don’t have the means. If we stay this route what will happen is we will end up in the same spot that Mexico is. You have to teach them to build properly not bring it all here. That isn’t a fix all. Once we have enough gang members, drug cartels and murders from all the other countries, we’ll become those countries, while they’ll have it good because they purged all their criminals to us. They don’t want them back, yet we’re begging them to bring their problems to us! It’s time to take this serious and worry about our own.

I am so glad those countries are standing up to this bully and his fascist party. I am also glad he is putting tariffs on them which means things over here will become higher for all of us. Yes the good is going to have to suffer with those that wanted to see how it feels to have this country ran by the lawless, no morals racists people in this country. And those White people that voted for him they are going to feel it to maybe even more because he takes his money right out of their account every month and they can not stop it. The word called them oligarchies and Trump calls them his people but the bible calls the MAGA party, the false men and women that help spreads his lies and those that worship Trump an Idolater. All of them are from Franklin Graham to the proud boys. These so call men and women of their god have deceived many for him. Those corrupted judges or no different than the proud boys. The whole MAGA party is no different than the proud boys. These people are no different than the racists proud boys, 700 club, TBN, Jentezen Franklin, Donnie Swaggart, John Hagee, Jim Jordan, Mike Johnson, Mike Huckabee, Paula White. No different just different level in life but in God's eyes they all on the same worshipping a man. And to the rich read about the rich man that went to hell, and about the rich man that built his barn. We only make them strong they can only do what we allowed them to do. There are more good in this country than those evil people. I hear a man say you can take 100 evil people and make millions fall in line and do what they say because they fear what the evil people can do. One thing I do know for sure God and me are enough... but God and me and millions more of children we will do just fine in the next two years and more.

This is what the Dems don't understand about tariffs -- they are a negotiating tool, Trump is using tariffs as a leverage. They're not meant to be permanent. They don't even have to go into effect at all. Just the threat of tariffs is often enough. Colombia can't survive without the US as a major trading partner. Tariffs would kill them. So, they quickly changed their tune. Which is why the Colombian President 'Gustavo Petro' has already folded to Trump and has reversed his decision to allow 2 military transport planes to land there after being threaten with tariffs, serious sanctions etc. Like him or not, Trump understands how to negotiate.

Ahhh Yes, let it all begin!!! Its only been a week & Trump has done more than Biden / Harris did in 4 years. Love it absolutely love it, enough is enough & about time every country realizes they arent/cant keep sending their problems & illegal immigrants to our border to cross in / enter the U.S illegally! Hopefully Trump sticks to it & sends back as many of them as physically possible! Time to focus on making our country great again, eliminate the nonsense & ? show Biden/Harris created and allowed! All the south american and central american counries better wake up n deal with their wonderful citizens because its not the U.S job or obligation to just allow and accept them. If they want to do it legally and right way, sure im all for it, but enough is enough! How about we start sending all of our criminals etc to their countries on a free for all and thousands of them at a time not just a couple!?! Pretty sure the majority of U.S citizens have had enough & 99% are glad Trumps a man of his word & does what when & how he says it!

Contrary to what you said about India rising- I beg to disagree with you. Indian workers abroad are resorting to all sorts of scams everywhere they go (apple sacking Indian workers for malpractices is the latest example). Suddenly Indian people are not welcome anywhere and the falling of our passport rankings is indicative enough. Just go to Thailand and though you are free to roam around you are not really welcome!
