I'm so glad you did this video. Racist will be the first response. Yet, as Canadians we know that our Race is the minority and young white people refuse to work. It is also very hard when every single store; walmart; Fast food is all India. Other races will not be hired, so all we see are India taking over every taxi and every single job. They can tolerate having all their family live in one house, as they buy multiple homes. These homes are left empty, until enough house are bought to take over a lane or an entire neighbourhood. They are not hostile; extremely friendly, yet not as concerned about wearing hair net or beard net or gloves when preparing food. (We are told most are friendly but to be mindful of those that wear their head wrap. (Timmins Ontario has been taken over) ... This was a sharp rise from only 165 people in 2016. International Students: A significant portion of the Indian community consists of students at Northern College. Reports indicate that since 2017, the college has enrolled nearly 2,000 international students, with approximately 96% originating from India. Recent Growth Trends (2022–2026) While the official 2026 Census data is not yet available, current local indicators point to a sustained increase in the Indian community: Rebounding Population: Mayor Michelle Boileau noted in 2024 that Timmins' population has reached its highest levels in over a decade due to immigration and industry opportunities. Newcomers: Since 2021, over 700 newcomers have arrived in Timmins through programs like the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP). Good journalism, both sides being presented here, the reasons why it happened, the stereotypes. While I don't really have a strong opinion about Brampton being mostly Indians, I do have an opinion that Canadians should condemn other areas as well that are majority of immigrants. Vaughn area is filled with Chinese people no one makes a fuss about it. They ain't speaking english, they aint serving American junk food everywhere, yet Indians are a problem. The community has vices, but justifying xenophobia with that is awful. European descendant people came here and took over native Canadians. Can't think how it must've felt for them. That was unarguably way worse than the current immigration system. My point being its a problem against a specific community is not really being uncomfortable for the sake of the country but purely out of spite and racism. I can see the concerns but not when they stereotype every Indian.

As an American born Punjabi, I used to visit Canada when i was young (90's) and it was a beautiful place. Now I dread going there because the Canadian culture is lost. It's over run with Indians and they don't share the same value or even cultural norms as Westerners. I see this problem in America as well but it's nto just Indians. In America, it's every country in the world that comes and interacts with their own community and there's no assimilation. Even as a second generation American, I still feel like a guest in this country and I am grateful for the Americans to have allowed my family to come here to live with them. Citizenship is just a piece of paper though. I know if I didn't assimilate, they could send me to India even if I know nothing about it. It's just basic humility.

Canadian that spent 16 years in Japan. I went as an individual. I stayed as an individual. Married a Japanese. Came back to Canada for a pension and can't wait to leave. I were in Japan and if I saw a group of Canadians arrive expecting Japan to change for them, I would have been severely pissed off with them. Every other country and normal immigrant that came as an individual or individual family probably thinks the same way I do. No one in any country likes to see "Mass Immigration" and even Japan these days are looking at an influx of half a million Indians and who knows how many more Africans. This will change Japan and they'll turn a good culture into their shitty culture and I'm not happy with that. I liked being one of few. Yes I had American, Canadian, Australian, Kiwi and British friends as well as Japanese friends. But we were all individuals that adopted the way of living in Japan into our everyday lives. If I go back, I don't want to be in india. It'd be like living in Brampton. What pisses me most is the attitude of that muslim guy. Yes you are out breeding us but not all majorities rule. In Malaysia, Malays rule despite being the smaller population. They have more Chinese and Indians there but they have to live under the rule of the native Malays. So you will have to do the same in Canada despite if your population is larger. You adapt to this country. The country doesn't convert to accomodate you. Individuals are key. Groups are the bane of all countries.

My family immigrated during the war, my grandmother came here after escaping a concentration camp when she was a little girl, her and my mother taught me to appreciate what we have, because it was worked hard for, they worked hard to make a living and a future for their families, they were given money by family that was here and paid back every, single, cent, it wasn't just given to them for free by the government while the rest of the people here suffer, so many of the people are brought here and given everything, it's like people have never heard the phrase "Give a man to fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, he eats for life." the problem is that they keep giving them fish, so now they expect it so much they damn near demand it... it sickens me. I'm a student right now, 15 years ago it felt like I lived in my home, proudly in Canada, with all kinds of people... now, I go to class, and I feel like I live on a different planet, everyone looks the same, with a hint of variety... American complain that they don't see White people much anymore, I complain because I only see ONE type of person now... nobody else...

I think Donald did this to try and buy up Canadian companies. This should be made illegal. I am willing to suffer for up to pull the plug on all resources and energy going to America “suddenly” do they have no time to adapt and collectively suffer. We even produce the ingredient you need for your nuclear weapons and otherwise need to get this from Russia. Canada has the ability to help our allies get nuclear weapons to protect against “America as our #1 enemy now”. Will we share too secret info with you when Trump clearly seems to be working with Russia? Putin dream for NATO to break down and now Trump ours that I to action . Trump wants everyone to spend money on military to fuel the American military industrial complex, something each and every huge tech company you have participated. You have essentially been taken over by a global entity that doesn’t care about democracy. We are going to manufacture our own weapons to have zero dependency on America. That makes no sense to buy weapons from the country threatening to invade you. \n\nHow will America feel to be totally alone in the global stage all under the power of one unstable man with multiple personality disorders. These tariffs are about the US consumer to pay more for everything in order for Dump to recover money from working people to give tax cuts to the rich, nothing else. All these years US has a trade deficit of 1 trillion dollars every year. With tariffs we could have recovered 250 billion every year. That is a lot of money. Currently every American owes $110,000 because of the accumulated debt of 36.5 trillion.\n\nJustin, how long are we supposed to bend back wards while US has a trade deficit of trillion dollar over the past 20 years. Why cant to you balance the imports and exports so that you don't have to keep taking advantage of USA. CNN did not see the trade deficit every single year for 20 years? what are they talking about? Our news channels have just become political entities rather than looking for the greater good of the Americans. The US isn't launching a trade war against anyone. We are closing up shop and are getting ready to take care of our own. There is a massive difference. We cannot be expected to continue supporting other countries economies and defense obligations, when we have 2 generations of working class citizens unable to afford a home or have children. We have entire countries we could fill with the homeless and incarcerated, and veterans who see little to no positive treatment or respect within the job market. Things are already very very bad here in the states. I don't think many Americans realize how bad the economy is. Tariffs will force US companies to reduce the outsourcing of jobs, and force other countries who are over-reliant on trade from the States, to cultivate their own self-sufficiency. This may seem hypocritical when it comes to China, but that isn't a problem you can solve overnight. \n\nTo make it clear, Americans are going to suffer in the wake of this tariff decision, but that is the price we pay to force ourselves to change. We have made ourselves into a very weak country because of overreliance on other countries trade, and other countries overreliance on our intelligence, infrastructure, medical advancements, technological advancements, and defense capabilities. The american consumer and taxpayer front the bills for all of this, and they are suffering. This isn't a war on the rest of the world. It us telling everyone else that we can no longer be relied upon because we are weak. \n\nI didnt' even vote Trump the first two times he ran. But things have now gotten so bad that I was forced into voting for him this time. Why? Because he's a bull in a china shop. I expect him to tear every damn thing apart he can within our government. Many of them will be removed from earth in the largest earth removal since the mid 1930’s. This will end badly for him and all who supports him. Wow, how quickly you all seem to forget. We have been paying them large amounts for years and we as Americans have been paying for it with our taxes. So because you listen to the media and like the way he speaks. It's okay! Let's not stand up for ourselves and our country and lets keep paying high taxes and make everyone in the world HAPPY! How about just like every other president we let him do his job and see where we end up at. Instead of fighting his every move because propaganda and uncertainty, let's give him a chance and see were things go. I am wondering if Fox is gonna show this speech, and how about Newsmax and, the other one that I right now don't remember, I really hope the Americans who voted for trump see how a real leader talks and behaves and I also hope that people realize that this president is hurting every single American Citizen, these tariffs will not help our country it will make it so much harder for every person in The USA to make a decent living. I would not want to live down there with the pervasive American attitude. I thought my American friends were lovely people, but then we went to a restaurant together. I was flabberghasted by how they ALL spoke down to the waitress, as if she was beneath them. You can pick out the American tourists here, by how they talk to service people. I wish I could say this was a stereotype, but i live in a tourist town and see it every day.

I agree with Canada in every statement said here. It’s sad that Americans have allowed themselves to be manipulated by one man. As an American I say to Canada and Mexico, do what you need. We don’t see this as an attack on us, but as a response to an attack by Trump on your countries. I used to wonder how Hitler was able to convince so many to follow him. We have seen exactly the same behavior by Americans, today, who follow Trump. It’s sad, and it’s disgusting.

I used to be a huge fan of America. I truly believed it was the world’s policeman, the guiding force for justice and freedom. I looked up to the country, admiring its strength, its values, and the way it stood for what was right. I even wished my own country could be more like that. \n\nBut America is no longer what it once was. It’s heartbreaking to see how a once-free and hopeful nation has transformed into something so divided, hostile, and unpredictable. A country that once stood by its friends now turns its back on them. A nation that once fought for unity now thrives on division and conflict. \n\nThere are still many good people in America, and the country is not beyond hope. But deep down, every American must realize—this is not the right path. This is not who you are meant to be. \n\nWake up before it’s too late.

What Trump seems to try to get at most is the unfair act of the USMCA. Most trades benefited Canada, while Canada refused to provide the same fair trades. Sometimes Trump does say things that may have gone off track like fentyl handling on Canada's end and border handling. It seems like our borders at the time were less strict on the American side versus the Canadian side of the border. Trump did state multiple times that most countries like Canada were unfair to USA. Even with the USMCA, America got screwed by Mexico as will. America has been there helping and supporting and submitting to every country. Yet failed to support our own people when we need it, especially to clear up our own debts. Sadly, America is falling behind due to poor handling of Government Democrat corruption. I am neutral as both parties don't always provide the best solution for everyone. You have to pick who can help the American people. Seeing how corrupt the Democrats has ran America and the defacto behind of all the wars and money laundering has surprised me, and I hope the change with Trump will help everyone realize how screwed we all are in correcting those corruption that isn't really needed.

Donald Trump knows that his trade war with Canada, Mexico and China will damage America’s economy. That is why he is doing it. He is purposely hurting the American economy in order to help Putin. Let me explain the trading relationship briefly that occurs between Canada and the US for context. \n \nCanada Has a LOT of natural resources, more than our domestic manufacturing base needs (Uranium fuel, Lumber/paper products, Steel and other metals, Fertilizer for farms...etc). Therefore we sell those raw materials to the states where they are manufactured into goods, which we then buy back. a LOT of American service companies like tech, media (And yes, even banks)...etc also operates in Canada as well. (For the auto sector the parts flip back and forth across the border like 8 times) \n \nThis relationship alone has the American economy see a large trade surplus with Canada, however there is another element to it: Energy. \n \nCanada is also home to a LARGE amount of really cheap renewable hydro power in the east, and a LOT of oil in the west, due to a lack of infrastructure we really can only sell that oil to the states and therefore it is done at a discount. America refines this cheap oil into gas and is a large part of the reason why American gas is so cheap. They use this energy to power the same factories mentioned above. (Oh and also the NE states import a lot of that clean hydro electricity for the same reasons) \n \nThe US Buys SO MUCH of that cheap energy from us to power your industrial base, that it swings the numbers on the trade balance into a small deficit for the USA. (41 billion out of a TRILLION dollars total trade, or about -4.1% of total trade so literally a pretty small deficit) It also swing back and forth every year so \n \nThen comes Trump. He wants Canada as a 51st state and own the entire continent, therefore he manufactures an excurse that our border is leaky and that migrants and fentanyl are flowing over. (In actual case migrants and the flow of Fent is about 1% the amount that's crossing at the Mexico border but he needs an excuse) \n \nHe therefore puts 25% tariffs on us. Those tariffs will hit Canada harder than the 2008 financial crisis just for scale. \n \nOh and also for the most part American Refineries literally cant process any other oil than ours or Venezuela's because its thicker so tariffs on our oil will also really increase the priced of energy in the states by a huge amount just for the LOLs. As we've seen during the post covid recovery, since gas is priced in to the supply chain at every step (Manufacturing, transportation...etc), any increase at the pump will snowball into higher costs for everything at the store, on top of the extra cost of the tariffs on consumers. (Since every step will need to add it into their markup.)

The imposition of tariffs by the US “seriously violates” World Trade Organization (WTO) rules, China’s commerce ministry said in a statement, urging the US to “engage in frank dialogue and strengthen cooperation”. \n \nFiling a lawsuit with the WTO would be a largely symbolic move that Beijing has also taken against tariffs on Chinese-made electric vehicles by the EU. \n \nThe commerce ministry also said the tariffs were “not only unhelpful in solving the US’s own problems, but also undermine normal economic and trade cooperation”. China has said it would take countermeasures to “safeguard its own rights and interests”. It is not clear exactly what form these will take yet. Americans don’t seem to understand that all the “cool things to do and see in the USA” you don’t need to actually live in the USA to enjoy those we can just get on a plane and fly to those places for vacation just like Americans do. We had our honeymoon on Oahu, stayed two weeks in a VRBO in Waianaie with all the native Hawaiians, rented a jeep, drove around, saw all the things, felt bad for all the service workers who live only on tips under labor laws that a third world dictatorship wouldn’t even subject its people to.\n\nNotice how all the things Canadians criticize America for it’s for being needlessly cruel and horrible to people when there’s the option to be compassionate and supportive and ethical?\n\nBut then every thing Americans criticize Canada for it’s for being “too compassionate”, “too supportive”, “too caring” when the option American say we should have taken instead was the the option of unnecessary cruelty?

As far as healthcare goes the US is a 3rd world country, where, only the rich can afford to see a doctor, or visit a hospital. You have thousands of people living on the streets, with NO help, or concern. America is no different than Bangladesh, or Ethiopia, for having a part of your society living on the street, begging for food, or money. When the US starts caring for ALL of it's people, regardless of skin color, race, or background, and give them a hand up, like most CIVILIZED societies do, you'll always be a 3rd world country. America had a chance to elect a president that would have turned America into a first world power with Kamala Harris, and Tim Waiz, but, you blew it, you re-elected the worst president, EVER with trump, who will finish the job of ruining America, and make it totally poverty-stricken. WOW, you'd think Americans are all millionaires, the way they turned out, for trump! Did NONE of you listen to what Kamala was offering? Because this half blind, mostly deaf old Canadian heard every word, her promise of a bottom-up building more opportunities for poor, and working class families, new taxes on the rich, and corporations to pay for it. Kamala offered a GREAT deal, a more secure future, more OPPORTUNITIES,,,,, And you all turned her down. You voted for a stalker and rapist, a traitor, and criminal, with multiple convictions, a liar, and cheat, trump. I guess you get what you deserve.
